Back in 2018 when I launched Castles Developments (Castles Home Maintenance as many still know us) I had a mission to offer our customers a truly trustworthy and reliable Property Maintenance service. Our business has now expanded from Property Maintenance to now include Construction of all types, from Loft Conversions & Extensions, replacement Bathrooms, Bathroom to Shower Room conversions, Garage Conversions, replacement Kitchens etc. our list is almost endless.
We now employ a team of multi-skilled tradespeople & specialist sub-contractors to deliver our service, and our expertise and reputation has grown exponentially; we undertake works for insurance companies, property management agents and housing associations and more. However, no matter how big or small the job, YOU THE CUSTOMER are still at the very core of everything we do and will always remain so!

Our Process
Once we receive an enquiry, we will arrange a visit with our customers to discuss in detail their requirements, then produce a detailed estimate outlining what we will be doing along with estimated costs for the project. We produce estimates for a reason; every project no matter how small, can on occasions, identify other issues unnoticeable at the time of the initial visit by our Estimators, or the requirements initially outlined may not be necessary.
Estimates are a variable cost; they can go down or up in costs whereas quotes are a fixed cost – any changes to that initial quote would have to be re-quoted which could delay the project process. Also, our customers could make changes mid-way through any project. We always notify our customers of any cost increase for any changes that are required or requested.
